The Vakoc Lab focuses on chromatin regulation and transcriptional control in cancer, using functional genomics and in vivo models to identify therapeutic vulnerabilities. Together, these laboratories offer a research environment spanning tumor initiation, lineage regulation, epigenetics, and translational disease modeling.
